Colleen Clarke has stepped into the role of President for a two-year term that commenced on March 1, 2026. Mexico Updates ATA Carnet Procedures: Mandatory Pre-Registration Mexico has introduced new requirements for ATA Carnet holders that significantly impact how Carnets must be used when entering and exiting the country.
