Patrice has been a steadfast leader of Roanoke’s Western Region for more than 17 years. She started her career as a Bond Account Manager and has held several roles during her tenure, including Bond Manager and Director of Sales for the Long Beach Sales team, and most recently, has been responsible for managing relationships with many of our key accounts.

Patrice graduated from Cal State Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She is dedicated to advocating on behalf of the trade and transportation community and currently sits on the board of directors of the Foreign Trade Association. She has authored many transportation and logistics articles, has spoken at regional and national association events, and regularly conducts training webinars for clients. Grant is a well-known figure in our industry with an extensive background in both logistics and insurance. In his new role, Grant will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for Roanoke’s growth goals.

Grant started his career in insurance over 20 years ago and went on to hold several leadership positions, including that of Global Risk Manager for a logistics company that operated in multiple countries in the Middle East. In 2018, he joined Roanoke, where he played a pivotal role in many sales and risk management awareness initiatives. Grant is a graduate of West Point and served in the U.S. Army from 1987 – 2015. He holds a host of insurance designations, including CIC, CRM, CPRM, CTB, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Insurance. He is a former chairman of the Houston Marine Arbitrators Association.

We look forward to great things to come from Grant and Patrice as they embark on their journeys in these new roles and hope you will join us in congratulating and supporting them!
