  The ICC World Chamber Federation, the organization that administers the ATA Carnet system, has released two country-specific operational changes relating to the usage of the ATA Carnet. Italy Inland Customs ports in Italy will no longer be using the re-exportation vouchers and counterfoils to clear temporary exports leaving inland ports. The Customs officers will require blue transit vouchers and counterfoils according to articles no. 70 and no. 91 of the Italian Customs’ instructions.
